Do you work with a formal contract?
Yes. For projects over 40 hours, I prefer a simple written agreement defining scope, timeline and deliverables.
What is your work modality?
100% remote for clients outside Valparaíso. Hybrid available if you're in the region.
Do you provide post-delivery support?
I include 2 weeks of post-deploy support for minor fixes. Extended support available by agreement.
How is payment handled?
50% upfront, 50% on delivery for defined projects. For monthly retainers, billed on the first day of each month.
